Binders

Our binders outlined below have good runnability and good mechanical properties.

Binder KA

Self cross-linking acrylic soft binder for pigment printing. It gives quite soft prints with a good color yield. it shows a good fastness to light and it never goes yellowish; it is also suitable for pigment discharge printing.

Binder AS

Self cross-linking acrylic binder for pigment printing. It is fast to light and washing.

Binder S-40

Water dispersion of a self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer. It has good rheological characteristics and prints done by using this product are very soft. It is normally used in upholstery fabric, but specially in clothing fabric where the soft handle is highly required. Dry, wet rub and wash fastness are quite good. It does not go yellowish in time, and it is suitable for pigment discharge printing.

Binder BA

High performans binder for textile pigment printing. Prints obtained using this product are soft and fast. It is used for clothing fabrics and for flannel bed sheetings. The use for upholstery fabrics is not recommended as, if exposed to sunlight for long, it can become yellowish causing shade change. The product is not suitable for pigment discharge prints process.

Binder B

High performans binder for textile pigment printing. Prints obtained using this product are soft and fast; compared to Binder BA, it has a softer hand. It is used for clothing fabrics and for flannel bed sheetings. The use for upholstery fabrics is not recommended as, if exposed to sunlight for long, it can become yellowish causing shade change. The product is not suitable for pigment discharge prints process.

Binder BB

High performans binder for textile pigment printing. Prints obtained using this product are soft and fast; compared to Binder B, it has slightly better fastness properties and a softer hand. It is used for clothing fabrics and for flannel bed sheetings. The use for upholstery fabrics is not recommended as, if exposed to sunlight for long, it can become yellowish causing shade change. The product is not suitable for pigment discharge prints process.

Binder AD
