Fixators
Fixator FF
Melamine-formaldehyde etherified compound. It is used to cross-link the binders for pigment printing in order to obtain the best wash fastness. Print pastes containing Fixator FF are stable and maintain print runnability even after several weeks.
Fixator FF-L
Melamine-formaldehyde etherified compound. It is used to cross-link the binders for pigment printing in order to obtain the best wash fastness. Print pastes containing Fixator FF are stable and maintain print runnability even after several weeks.
Pigmafix DSF
Cross-linking agent specially developed to eliminate formaldehyde from the pigment printed fabrics. It is 100% free from formaldehyde; nevertheless, fastness and handle properties come out to be equal to the ones obtained by using traditional melamine-formaldehyde based fixators. The product is used with any binder , acrylic and/or butadiene.
Pigmafix DLT
The product is used to reduce time and/or temperature during curing process of pigment prints. It activates already at room temperature on air dried fabrics, that is it starts curing thus not completing it. The product is useful when it is not possible to proceed with a normal curing for several reasons: fabric does not withstand too high temperatures, printing alongside developing dyes for which steaming is not enough, lack of suitable equipment, etc.
Auxiliaries
Emülgatör K
Polyglycol derivative, used to stabilize for all kind of pigment printing paste. It increases pigment paste penetration, improving print levelness and reduce staining screens.
Köpük Kesici
Non-siliconic antifoam. It is used both as antifoam and as de-aerating agent. In some cases it improves printing pastes activity by avoiding fat films formation in the rollers and on printing squeeges. Compatible with both anionic and cationic substances, it increases soaking power and improves printing pastes penetration and stability. It has no affinity with fibres and it is eliminated during the printed fabrics mansard drying.
Köpük kesici HC
Non-siliconic antifoam in concentrated form.
