KEMITEKS, by closely following developing technologies, aims to provide the local and international market with error-free and economical products in line with customer demands and expectations, with a sustainable quality approach;

to primarily the Textile sector as well as Paint, Construction, Sealant, Adhesive, Coating, Paper and many other sectors. To achieve this goal; it has set using its resources effectively, being a technology leader in the sector, increasing its market share and continuously maintaining competitive advantage as an indispensable target.

- To effectively manage the applicable requirements of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Management System standards,
- To effectively combat the climate crisis by reducing greenhouse gas and carbon emissions by 50% for absolute scope 1 and 2 by 2030 compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To reduce our energy consumption and bring the share of renewable energy in all energy expenditures to a minimum of 30%,
- To share our Environmental and Ecological Product and Sustainable Supply policy with our suppliers, subcontractors, employees and customers, and to contribute to public awareness through our work and information activities,
- To create a new value chain with our suppliers and manufacturers who have adopted transparent and sustainability principles,
- To develop and support activities for the protection of biodiversity and wildlife,
- To comply with national and relevant international legal requirements,
- To continuously improve the working conditions of our employees while complying with laws,
- To identify the areas of our products that we determine will negatively affect the environment, Occupational Health and Safety, employee health and safety, user health and safety conditions, and to ensure continuous improvement, to produce safe products for users,
- To make improvements in reducing water, natural resources and waste we use, to reduce our total water consumption by 25% by 2030 compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To develop social dialogue and cooperation with local authorities and Non-Governmental Organizations,
- To take all necessary measures regarding Occupational Health and Safety and to protect employees against Occupational Accidents and Occupational diseases with maximum care,
- To show maximum care regarding information security,
- To take necessary measures against corruption, misuse, bribery and to share our sensitivity with our stakeholders,
- To adopt a sustainable development model in line with the principles we have adopted without compromise on Human Rights and Freedoms and employee rights.

- To make new product/process development activities continuous through R&D investments and advanced technology follow-up,

- To prioritize climate change and sustainability in all activities, to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To target less pollution and waste generation when determining raw material criteria at the beginning of the process, to ensure possible recycling and recovery from generated waste, to reduce waste sent to landfill by 30% by 2030 compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To ensure the reduction/non-use of raw materials that may negatively affect the environment and human health at source when applicable in line with risk assessment, to research more ecological alternatives,
- To help customers reduce their carbon footprint by offering alternative or innovative solutions,
- To reduce dust and odor emissions that may occur during our activities with further investments; to reduce the impact on air quality on the local environment by reducing VOC emissions by 35% by 2030 compared to the 2021 baseline,
- To reduce environmental pollution during our activities and to avoid environmental disasters wherever possible,
- To increase our efficiency by taking necessary measures by adopting the goal of zero work accidents and zero occupational diseases,
- To use energy efficiently in all our activities as long as applicable, to purchase products/services that provide energy efficiency and to use our resources effectively,
- To increase the share of renewable energy sources in energy use to 35%,
- To provide the necessary resources to achieve our goals and targets related to energy efficiency,
- To create mutual respect and trust-based cooperations with all our stakeholders in our practices,
- To encourage our employees to actively participate and to provide an open communication environment,

We carry out our activities at our facility located at the intersection of international highways in Hadımköy, İstanbul, close to İstanbul Airport; managing the Design, Production and Sales of Pigment Dispersions, Ready-to-Use Paste, Digital Ink and Textile Auxiliaries for the Textile Industry; Polymer Emulsions for Paint, Construction Chemicals, Textile, Leather, Adhesive, Paper and Other Industrial Applications, customs, foreign trade, production, logistics, management and administrative Organization Activities in line with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy and Information Security Management Standards, we work with all our might to be an exemplary organization in our sector.
We will develop our products and processes, show care for environmental sensitivity, and comply with and continuously improve the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy and Information Security Management System conditions for the effective implementation and achievement of our established policy.
